The professorship of Energy Technology, headed by Prof. Dr. Josef Kainz of the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf, located at the TUM Campus Straubing for Biotechnology and Sustainability, deals with the improvement of energy-related processes.
This includes, in particular, increasing efficiency and researching new fields of application. Both are necessary for the success of the socially desired energy transition towards higher sustainability. A particular focus is on energy storage technologies.
Die Professur Energietechnik, unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Josef Kainz der Hochschule Weihenstephan Triesdorf, ansässig am TUM Campus Straubing für Biotechnologie und Nachhaltigkeit, befasst sich mit der Verbesserung energietechnischer Prozesse.
Dazu gehören insbesondere die Steigerung der Effizienz und die Erforschung neuer Anwendungsfelder. Beides ist für das Gelingen der gesellschaftlich gewünschten Energiewende nötig. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf Energiespeichertechnologien.
